Payment & Booking *

I understand that a non-refundable retainer of $125 is due at booking to reserve my session date, with the remaining balance due on or before the session.

Rescheduling & Cancellation *

I understand retainers are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled session if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.

I understand weather-related rescheduling will be at the photographer’s discretion.

Delivery of Images *

I understand I will receive a minimum of 15 edited images delivered via an online gallery within 2 (two) weeks.

I understand the photographer selects and edits images at their creative discretion.

Usage & Rights *

I may print and share the delivered images for personal use, but I may not sell, alter, or use them commercially without written permission.

The photographer retains copyright of all images.

Liability *

I release the photographer from liability for accidents, injuries, or restrictions at chosen locations during the session.

Model Release *

I grant the photographer permission to use images from my session for marketing and portfolio purposes.

I do not grant permission for my images to be used for marketing (check only if opting out).
